I just want to cry myself to sleep

I am so disappointed.
Don't tell me i will do well- because you don't know that.
Don't assure me that I did fine- I was there, you weren't. And I didn't do THAT fine.
I don't even know if I did okay!
I want to cry myself to sleep. Full stop.
Gaah.
This is so disappointing.
I am a disappointment. God.
